Once you contact us for a product inquiry, you will be assigned a product specialist who will review your requirements, and will respond back with a quote or additional inquiries in order to work out the details toward the success of your project

Once all the details have been worked out, a quote will be generated and will be sent over within 48 hours. At this stage, if a sample is needed, we will put one in production and will provide a timeline. Once you receive the sample, we are open to additional comments, corrections, changes and inquiries for a second sample or assignment of production

When all is approved and you are ready to move forward, we will provide a delivery timeline. Clients can expect to receive their orders within 8-10 weeks. Depending on the project's timeline, clients will receive their goods directly from our factory or from our logistical warehouse(s) near your project in order to meet your delivery requirement
